Adam Newport-Berra is a cinematographer born and bred in the woods of Oregon. Since earning his Film degree at New York University, Adam has lensed a number of celebrated features, Television episodes, documentaries, shorts, commercials, and music videos. His cinematography has screened at Festivals around the world including the Sundance Film Festival, New York Film festival, SXSW, Telluride, Cannes, Toronto, Locarno, and Tribeca. His collaboration with director Joe Talbot on The Last Black Man in San Francisco won them best directing and special jury prize for creative collaboration at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival, and his work with director Ben Dickinson on Creative Control won the Special Jury Prize for Visual Excellence at SXSW 2015. Most recently Adam shot the final two episodes of A24 and HBO’s TV series Euphoria.
